INVESTOR PROTECTION CENTER OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED IN MONGOLIA<\/p>\n
In accordance with the Government of Mongolia\u2019s policy to improve the investment climate and strengthen the protection of investors\u2019 rights and legitimate interests, the Investor Protection Center was officially launched on January 12, 2026.<\/p>\n
The opening ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Enkhbayar, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia and Minister of Economy and Development. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the Government\u2019s firm commitment to fostering a transparent, stable, and predictable business environment and to further enhancing investor confidence in Mongolia.<\/p>\n
During the event, Mrs. Zandan, Director General of the Investment and Trade Agency, delivered a presentation on \u201cInvestment Advisory Services, Information Provision, and the Activities of the Investment and Trade Agency.\u201d In addition, Mrs. Erdenebayar, Head of the Trade Department, presented on \u201cThe Investment and Trade Environment,\u201d highlighting current developments and ongoing reforms.<\/p>\n
The Investor Protection Center has been established to support both domestic and foreign investors operating in Mongolia by safeguarding their lawful rights and interests, facilitating the prompt resolution of complaints and requests, and strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n
The Center will carry out its activities in the following key areas:<\/p>\n
The event was attended by representatives of foreign embassies accredited to Mongolia, international organizations, business associations, and foreign-invested enterprises, who engaged in discussions on potential areas of cooperation within the framework of the Center\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n
The establishment of the Investor Protection Center represents an important step toward creating a stable, transparent, and investor-friendly environment in Mongolia and marks a new phase in advancing public\u2013private sector cooperation.<\/p>\n
