One-on-One Consultations on Project Finance and Risk Management Conducted for Manufacturing Sector Enterprises<\/p>\n
On the occasion of \u201cAmerican Chamber of Commerce Week in Mongolia\u201d, the Investment and Trade Agency, in collaboration with professional financial consultant G. Myagmarsuren, provided one-on-one consultations on finance and risk management for projects in the manufacturing sector to participating enterprises at the Investor Protection Center.<\/p>\n
The consultation session was attended by representatives from six domestic enterprises, including AmCham Mongolia members: ONDO LLC, TrigTech LLC, Thyss Mongolia LLC, as well as Maris Trade LLC, Solid Partners Group LLC, and Nuden Ekh Bulag LLC. Participants received professional guidance and advice tailored to their projects.<\/p>\n
The main focus of this consultation\u2014project financial and risk analysis\u2014is to evaluate project profitability based on realistic calculations and to develop the most optimal cost and financing structure. It also identifies potential risks arising from market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, interest rate changes, technological considerations, and the legal environment, providing practical and actionable solutions to mitigate them.<\/p>\n
Each participating enterprise shared its unique challenges, and professional advice, including actionable solutions and timely information, was provided for each case.<\/p>\n
To make these one-on-one consultations more widely accessible, the Investment and Trade Agency plans to hold them regularly. Enterprises with ongoing projects or facing real operational challenges are encouraged to actively participate.<\/p>\n
