The Investment and Trade Agency of Mongolia, in cooperation with the Shenzhen Enterprise Service Center of the People\u2019s Republic of China and IDEE-SZ International Exhibition, successfully organized the \u201cMongolia\u2013China Investment Forum: Green Energy and Digital Transformation\u201d on September 16, 2026, in Shenzhen, People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/div>

The Forum brought together more than 170 representatives from government institutions, the private sector, and business organizations from Mongolia, China, and Hungary, including Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia H.E. T. Dorjkhand, Ambassador to the institutions of the European Union for UN Tourism, Dr. Istv\u00e1n Ujhelyi, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce, Lin Hui.<\/div>

Deputy Prime Minister H.E. T. Dorjkhand participated in the \u201cForum on AI-Driven Energy Technology Transformation, International Investment and Financing,\u201d held as part of the International Digital Energy Expo (IDEE-SZ), where he delivered a presentation entitled \u201cPowering Intelligence: Mongolia\u2019s Green Data Center Opportunities.\u201d The presentation highlighted Mongolia\u2019s potential for developing green data centers, advancing the energy sector and digital transformation, and attracting investment in emerging areas.<\/div>

The delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister H.E. T. Dorjkhand also visited Sky Mirror in Shenzhen and a company specializing in the integration of AI-powered smart glasses, where they were introduced to advanced technological solutions, emerging innovation trends, and potential areas for cooperation.<\/div>

During the Forum, B. Zandan, Director General of the Investment and Trade Agency of Mongolia, delivered a presentation on \u201cMongolia\u2019s Investment Environment,\u201d while G. Tulga, Senior Analyst of the Policy and Planning Department of the Ministry of Energy of Mongolia, presented on \u201cThe Current State of Mongolia\u2019s Energy Sector.\u201d The presentations provided participants with an overview of Mongolia\u2019s investment environment, developments and trends in the energy sector, and potential areas for future investment and cooperation.<\/div>

A panel discussion on digital transformation in the energy sectors of Mongolia and China was also held, focusing on current developments and priorities in the two countries\u2019 energy sectors, opportunities for cooperation in digital transformation, and areas for long-term collaboration.<\/div>

As part of the Forum, B2B meetings were organized to facilitate stronger cooperation between Mongolian and Chinese businesses. Participating enterprises exchanged information and explored opportunities for investment, trade, energy, information technology, digital transformation, and business partnerships.<\/div>

The Forum served as an important platform for advancing investment and technological cooperation in green energy, artificial intelligence, data centers, and digital transformation, while further strengthening business partnerships and long-term economic cooperation between Mongolia and China.<\/div>
