As part of the 25th anniversary of CAREC, a series of high-level events\u2014including the Ministerial Conference, Development Partners\u2019 Dialogue, Business Forum, and Capital Market Development Forum\u2014are being held in Ulaanbaatar from September 28 to October 2, 2026.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div dir=\"auto\">As part of the Business Forum on October 1, B2B and B2G matchmaking meetings brought together businesses, domestic and international investors, and government representatives to explore partnerships, exchange ideas, and identify new business opportunities.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div dir=\"auto\">MONGOLIA\u2019S FOREIGN TRADE TURNOVER WITH CAREC MEMBER COUNTRIES, EXCLUDING CHINA, REACHED US$120.5 MILLION IN 2025, REPRESENTING A 4.5-FOLD INCREASE FROM 2020.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div dir=\"auto\">Against the backdrop of growing regional trade and investment cooperation, and the launch of negotiations on the CAREC Trade and Investment Facilitation Partnership (CARTIF) in 2026, Mongolia sees an opportunity to establish a practical and regular cooperation mechanism among investment and trade promotion agencies of CAREC member countries.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div dir=\"auto\">Accordingly, the Investment and Trade Agency of Mongolia proposed establishing a \u201cCAREC Investment and Trade Alliance\u201d or \u201cCAREC Investment and Trade Dialogue\u201d.
