Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын бодлогын хүрээнд хөрөнгө оруулалтын орчныг сайжруулах, хөрөнгө оруулагчдын эрх ашгийг хамгаалах зорилгоор “Хөрөнгө оруулагчдын эрх ашгийг хамгаалах төв”-ийн нээлтийн арга хэмжээ 2026 оны 1 дүгээр сарын 12-ны өдөр амжилттай зохион байгуулагдлаа.
Нээлтийн арга хэмжээг Монгол Улсын Тэргүүн Шадар сайд бөгөөд Эдийн засаг, хөгжлийн сайд Ж.Энхбаяр нээж, Монгол Улс хөрөнгө оруулагчдад ил тод, тогтвортой, урьдчилан таамаглах боломжтой бизнесийн орчин бүрдүүлэх чиглэлд тууштай ажиллаж байгааг онцоллоо.
Арга хэмжээний үеэр Хөрөнгө оруулалт, худалдааны газрын дарга Б.Зандан “Хөрөнгө оруулалтын зөвлөгөө, мэдээлэл болон Хөрөнгө оруулалт, худалдааны газрын үйл ажиллагаа”, Худалдааны хэлтсийн дарга О.Эрдэнэбаяр “Хөрөнгө оруулалт, худалдааны орчин” сэдвээр тус тус танилцуулга хийлээ.
Хөрөнгө оруулагчдын эрх ашгийг хамгаалах төв нь:
- Хөрөнгө оруулалтын бодлого, хууль тогтоомжийн талаар зөвлөгөө, дэмжлэг үзүүлэх
- Хөрөнгө оруулагчдын гомдол, санал, хүсэлтийг хүлээн авч, холбогдох байгууллагад уламжлах
- Хөрөнгө оруулалтын орчныг сайжруулах, тулгамдсан асуудлыг Засгийн газрын түвшинд танилцуулах
- Төрийн байгууллагуудын уялдаа холбоо, ил тод байдал, үйлчилгээний чанарыг дээшлүүлэх
- Бодлого, хууль тогтоомж боловсруулахад хувийн хэвшлийн оролцоог хангах
- Сургалт, семинар зохион байгуулж, бизнес эрхлэгчдийн чадавхыг бэхжүүлэх чиглэлээр үйл ажиллагаа явуулна.
Тус арга хэмжээнд Элчин сайдын яамд, олон улсын байгууллагууд, бизнесийн холбоод, гадаадын хөрөнгө оруулалттай аж ахуйн нэгжүүдийн төлөөлөл оролцож, хамтын ажиллагааны боломжуудын талаар санал солилцлоо.
INVESTOR PROTECTION CENTER OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED IN MONGOLIA
In accordance with the Government of Mongolia’s policy to improve the investment climate and strengthen the protection of investors’ rights and legitimate interests, the Investor Protection Center was officially launched on January 12, 2026.
The opening ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Enkhbayar, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia and Minister of Economy and Development. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the Government’s firm commitment to fostering a transparent, stable, and predictable business environment and to further enhancing investor confidence in Mongolia.
During the event, Mrs. Zandan, Director General of the Investment and Trade Agency, delivered a presentation on “Investment Advisory Services, Information Provision, and the Activities of the Investment and Trade Agency.” In addition, Mrs. Erdenebayar, Head of the Trade Department, presented on “The Investment and Trade Environment,” highlighting current developments and ongoing reforms.
The Investor Protection Center has been established to support both domestic and foreign investors operating in Mongolia by safeguarding their lawful rights and interests, facilitating the prompt resolution of complaints and requests, and strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors.
The Center will carry out its activities in the following key areas:
- Providing advisory services and support related to investment policies, legislation, and regulatory frameworks;
- Receiving, reviewing, and coordinating the resolution of investors’ complaints, proposals, and requests with relevant authorities;
- Presenting investors’ challenges and systemic issues to competent authorities and at the Government level with a view to improving the investment climate;
- Enhancing inter-agency coordination, accountability, transparency, and the quality of public services;
- Ensuring private sector participation in the development of policies and draft legislation;
- Strengthening business capacity through training programs, seminars, and the exchange of best practices.
The event was attended by representatives of foreign embassies accredited to Mongolia, international organizations, business associations, and foreign-invested enterprises, who engaged in discussions on potential areas of cooperation within the framework of the Center’s activities.
The establishment of the Investor Protection Center represents an important step toward creating a stable, transparent, and investor-friendly environment in Mongolia and marks a new phase in advancing public–private sector cooperation.
