INVESTOR RIGHTS AND ECONOMIC FREEDOM: INFORMATION DAY AND CONSULTATION ON RECENT LEGISLATIVE AMENDMENTS
An Information Day and Consultation Meeting will be held to present the recent amendments to the Law on Economic Freedom and the Investment Law, as well as their significance for improving Mongolia’s investment environment and strengthening investor protection.
The meeting will focus on:
- Presenting the key provisions of the amended laws and their practical significance
- Providing a common understanding of the process for submitting investor complaints and having them reviewed and resolved by government authorities
- Exchanging views and gathering feedback from government institutions, the private sector, professional associations, and foreign investors
