Investment projects
The Law on Public-Private Partnership was enacted on December 7, 2022 and officially entered into force on December 31, 2023.
To ensure the effective implementation of this legal framework and to foster sustainable, high-impact cooperation between the public and private sectors, the “Public-Private Partnership Center” State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) was established on October 18, 2024.
The Public-Private Partnership Center is mandated to:
- Support the implementation and long-term development of effective, stable partnerships between the state and the private sector;
- Review project proposals submitted by line ministries, local governments (provinces and the capital city) and private enterprises, while providing professional and methodological guidance to all stakeholders;
- Collaborate with public partners, professional consultants and dedicated project teams to conduct preliminary assessments, comprehensive evaluations, feasibility studies and robust risk analyses for upcoming partnership projects.
The Center currently manages and drives operations across the following pipeline of projects.
