SIRM System for Investor Complaints

The SIRM System for investor complaints is currently unavailable. Complaints can be submitted directly to the Ministry of Economy and Development or the Investor Protection Center.

Issuance of Certificate for Foreign Investors

For Investor Certificate applications, please visit  www.e-invest.mn.

To apply for an Investor Certificate, you must submit the following required documents:

• Passport or an equivalent travel document (page with entry and exit stamps)
• Official decision/appointment order designating the representative of the investor
• Bank account statements of the entity (for the last 6 months)
• Social insurance payment certificates/inquiries (Forms ND7 and ND8)
