We were pleased to successfully host the webinar “Accessing Global Capital Markets: London Stock Exchange,” organized by the Investment and Trade Agency of Mongolia in collaboration with the London Stock Exchange.
The session brought together participants from Mongolia, the UK, and beyond to discuss global capital market trends, listing opportunities, and pathways for emerging market companies.
- Ms. Zandan Bilegt, Acting Director-General of the Investment and Trade Agency of Mongolia, provided an update on Mongolia’s investment environment and ITA’s ongoing efforts to attract foreign investment into the country.
- Ms. Ayuna Nechaeva, Head of Europe, Primary Markets at the London Stock Exchange, delivered the feature presentation on raising capital via the London Stock Exchange, covering recent market activity, debt capital raising, and equity capital raising through IPOs. Key insights included:
