The series of meetings introducing new investment opportunities in Selbe – the 20-Minute City to entrepreneurs continued today at the Investor Rights Protection Center (February 12, 2026).
Organized jointly by the Investment and Trade Department, a implementing agency of the Government of Mongolia, and local partners, the meeting was attended by over 60 investors and business owners who received information on new cooperation and investment opportunities.
Advantages of Selbe – the 20-Minute City:
Decentralization: A new sub-center spanning 158 hectares will be developed to reduce congestion in central Ulaanbaatar.
20-Minute City: Residents can access work, schools, hospitals, and services within just 20 minutes by walking or cycling, through integrated urban planning.
Green Spaces: 37% of the area is planned for green spaces, parks, and recreational zones.
Modern Infrastructure: Smart city standards with integrated engineering solutions and energy-efficient buildings.

Social infrastructure: smart schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and sports complexes
